  : The plug ins on both sides of the bed did not work. Was not sound proof, had no microwave, the “view” we were supposed to have was NOT a view. Didn’t come with the right “decor” that was mentioned in the picture when booked.

  : Few blocks to Broadway. Big spacious and comfortable rooms. Nice pool with a nice pool attendant. Starbucks in lobby.
  : Rude staff. I was told we could get a late check out until 1pm and then there was space to work on the 2nd floor as my fiance needed to work remotely. They charged me an extra $200 to stay late and there was nothing but couches on the second floor.I asked if there was access to the conference rooms to which I was told no because they were giving tours. Parking is $57 a day. Shower design is poor and water floods the floor as there is no door. I stayed from a Thursday to Monday and they were out of conditioner the entirely of my stay. When I asked for it, they just said they were out of it. The floors in all common areas were sticky and dirty. Homeless people were constantly in the lobby and using amenities. It is misleading that the highway music row happy hour was at the hotel… it’s not. It’s many blocks away but website makes it seem like it’s on site. We asked twice for new towels and bed sheets- we weren’t given them. This hotel is definitely NOT worth $400 a night

  : I had booked the room and spoken to somebody at the facility before I booked it. It went to book.com. I didn’t know that until I checked in I could not get my AARP discount or any other discounts because they said it was a third-party. I felt like I was being drilled and it was uncomfortable in the bar area where they were just bringing drinks and adding stuff to my bill as a matter of fact, they were supposed to give me a refund of $48 and I have not received that yet overpayment. . Besides that it was close by the Broadway strip, they ran out of Bro the morning we woke up. They ran out of eggs and other things which we couldn’t believe that was disappointing because we had to go across the way to the Omni for breakfast! When we thought we would stay at our hotel, how can you run out of eggs and ham and sausage and bread?

  : I liked how close it was to downtown. The staff seemed really nice and welcoming. Valet did a great job.
  : The pair of dirty underwear in the room was not attractive at all. For the price we paid, I expected better than that. We had to ask for washcloths 3 different times over a 2 day period. Again, not what I was expecting for a fairly expensive place. There was a water stain on the ceiling in the bathroom from a previous over flowing toilet.. i worked as a painter for 18 years at a hotel so i am aware of what it was. Sent a review to the management and the response was very disingenuous. I will not recommend this place.
