  : Exactly what you would expect from a typical (old-fashioned) Swiss chalet, with a wonderful, well maintained, flowering alpine garden. So far so good.
  : Still, the chalet requires attention at several places: drawer in the kitchen (too small to house a dish washer) need fixing; removing dust or spider webs; fix one beeping radiator in the bedroom . A warm welcoming & guidance package would be a definite plus (e.g. a bottle of water for latecomers; bottle of olive oil; dishwasher liquid; more than 1 garbage bag, 1 role of toilet paper), and guidance of the village or local requirements (e.g. no garbage separation foreseen in the chalet) also in English. Most disturbing of all was, however, that with 3 small children, we were expecting a "family friendly" chalet (as marketed in big letters in front; only the fine-print somewhere at the end explained that the chalet is separated in two apartments, connected via an outside stairway!). Not to separate the family at night, we used the upper half of the chalet (which did not change the hefty price). Hence not to mislead further clients, we urge Booking.com to remove family friendly from the label, or market the chalet to families who love to separate during their vacations.
