  : The location was phenomenal. Convenient, easy on/off 84. The quietest motel I've ever been in, and our view was of grass and ferns.
  : The exercise equipment was poor quality and the cross trainer was wobbly and stuck repeatedly. Dangerous? No one refilled the water bottle or emptied the towel box for 3 days.

  : I did not get the room that it said I was getting on Booking.com. It said something about a two room with a living room and it was just one big room.

  : Beds are very comfortable. Rooms are clean with all the necessities. Not much extra, but everything you need.
  : Not luxurious. Minimally staffed.

  : it was one of the more affordable hotels in the area. We liked the 24/7 Coffee Bar (when it was actually brewed and not empty). The Beds were comfortable. The Breakfast was delicious (Well what was available of it 45 min before it was SUPPOSED to end)
  : Everytime we needed someone at the front desk there was no one around for several minutes.,,even after ringing the bell The Breakfast was good HOWEVER they stopped making food like 40 min before it ended. The Bacon ran out at like 920 and the breakfast didnt end until 10 and the woman at the front desk (who was also the breakfast cook for some reason....most hotels have someone specifically working in that area) if the breakfast isnt going to be fully available until 10 then dont advertise it as such. There were MANY disappointed people. The African-American woman at the desk wasnt at ALL friendly and was observed giving dirty looks to the guests when approached for breakfast accommodations. The coffee was good...when it was there....it was very often not available because they werent filling it as often as they needed to, i requested late check out and was only given til 1130! (I have NEVER stayed at a hotel that only gave a half hour extension...Hampton Inn etc has given me as late as 1 or 2pm with NO CHARGE)....they then told me that if I was a choice member i could get 12 the latest. I couldnt sign into my account for some reason to give them my number so they only gave me until 1130.....and then at 1122 the housekeeper was frequently banging on the door to get us out of the room. I never felt more rushed and unrelaxed in my entire life. Did NOT feel like a welcome guest at all

  : Pleasant staff, clean and quiet. The only complaint is uncomfortable pillows. Will stay again.
