  : The neighborhood was a great location and very quiet.
  : I hate to complain but this is the first time I have ever booked a rental and was very disappointed for the money I spent. The bedrooms with carpet smelt so strong of urine we had to burn candles and use air freshener in order to tolerate the smell just to sleep...we stayed mainly out of those rooms as much as possible. The floors were so filthy we had to wear socks and within minutes the bottoms were black. There were no basic cleaning supplies even if I did want to try to clean up a little the first day. I have stayed at many rentals for both vacation and business and felt that this rental was very ill equipped. No casserole type baking dish, nothing to be used in the oven but a rusty cookie sheet, no blowdryer, no basic condiments (at least salt and pepper). There were a lot of roaches that we killed while there. The laundry room light does not work. We barely were able to sit outside because the screens are broken which allowed the bugs to come in. Dishwasher does not seem to work...the second time I ran it the dishes were still dirty and had to run it again. Again, I hate complaining but for the money I spent, I expected more.

  : Good size, nice place.
  : There isn’t really access to the beach because it is divided into private lots.I bought some wine glasses because there were no glasses and the cooking utensils have seen better days.
