  : We got 20 messages trying to sell us rent a cars etc but NO instructions on how to find the place. It was very difficult to find but eventually when some one phoned them for us, a lovely young man came on his bike to guide us there. The cleaning lady was lovely and she let us in. We did not see anyone from owner/management the whole time we were there. They seemed to assume that we all should have a smart phone and just sent email after email. They also let us know once we were home 2 weeks later that they had cancelled our booking! We have been going to Greece, including Naxos, for over 40 years and this is the sign of the times I think, owners in Athens??, all money leaving the island. So many lovely old Greek ladies with rooms and apartments, much cheaper and SO, SO MUCH BETTER, within 100 yards. We only booked this as we came much earlier than our normal late October and did not want to be stuck with no where to stay, never again. The room was small, only one window but the view was atrocious, I had my underwear stolen from the line too! If you like sitting in a dark cupboard with no view from the only window this is for you. Very clean thanks to the local cleaning lady but no sun, no balcony ( two chairs outside our door but no direct sunlight) and no character. If you want to spend time watching Netflix in a cupboard this is for you.
  : As above, no view, no sun and no instructions on how to find it. Only one window a few feet from a ruin, no balcony or any where to sit in the sun, small clean room, no contact with operator. Will not go again, do not go unless you like to watch Netflix in a dark cupboard.

  : I loved the location in the medieval alleyways of the Chora. But watch out as you can easily get very lost! Everything was within easy access
  : The lights in the room were either full on, and very bright, or off. A separate light near the bed for reading would have been good

  : Spacious apartment next to the Old Castle. Clean kitchen, comfortable beds, large enough kitchen with oven (not used) and medium sized fridge. We walked miles around the labyrinth of streets and alleys finding memorable treasures to photograph and enjoy - often getting lost, but always finding our way 'home'. The manager was off-site but still helpful and generous.
  : Ordinary view from west facing balcony (would be very hot in summer).
