  : They said they had breakfast, a box of cereal and coffee, even the coffee was bad we didn't eat anything the place is a dump, we a junkie nest to us we had to call the police he was playing his music on the balcony at midnight, the staff said they would move him. they didn't,
  : they called us before we arrived wanting us to pay or we would lose our reservation, finally, they said we had to be there by 10 am or they would give the room to someone else when we got there we were the only ones checking in

  : The room was good sized with a decent floor plan. It seemed clean enough. It looks like the room itself has been recently updated. The couch/hide a bed was nice.
  : The bathroom! They should have updated this too. Toilet seat was worn and the tub is so old that it had rust stains at the drain and the old steel tub itself looked like it was dirty (again, an age issue). Could use some non slip stickers in the tub too.Lighting needs to be better too. One floor lamp for the whole room except the bathroom is ridiculous. It needs to have a second one put in PLUS one on the desk. The desk is unusable with the current lighting. Kitchen has no light of its own except stove hood. It shares the only other light in the room with the bathroom. The entry door was sticky and hard to open and our room key didn’t work the 2nd night and needed to be rekeyed by the desk clerk. Oh and the trash pile of unwanted furniture and such on the corner of the parking lot was a nice welcoming touch too. The sheets were worn too. The flat sheet had what appeared to be a blood stain that didn’t come clean in the wash towards the foot area.

  : Workers were nice, got our security deposit back, rooms looked nice for a cheap hotel
  : THE ROOMS WE BOOKED OVER A MONTH IN ADVANCE WERE NOT SET ASIDE FOR US DAY OF CHECK IN AND THEY HAD TO TRY TO WORK THINGS AROUND TO GET US OUR ROOMS WHICH TOOK AT LEAST 45 MINUTES TO TAKE CARE OF.Poor drainage in bathrooms, stale & very small selection breakfast, had to give a security deposit without being aware of it before hand, floors were pretty dirty when we entered rooms, rooms with pull out beds did not come with bedding/pillows for pullout beds
