  : We loved the location, the facilities and most of all we have to say congratulations to the most amazing animation team. No matter how few tourists there were, they went all out and entertained us.
  : The coffee machine kept breaking down and there were queues to get coffee, wine or juice.

  : Room was big, facing the sea, beach was also good, entrance in the sea was very shallow
  : First when we came, they didn't had a place to park my car, finally they told me to park near an abandoned building with no safety (I wouldn't advise going there with an expensive car). Then the stretcher at the beach didn't have mattresses, it was a painful experience. Also the food was not great, at least for me, maybe they adapt to the Romanians (quantity versus quality). Lastly, some areas of the hotel had information issues (maintenance is not a priority looks like). AC in the loom didn't work

  : The hotel is just on the beach, so you take the stairs and you are on the beach, where you have umbrellas and bedshades. Its nice that they have an indoor pool and and outside pool. The room is very big, plently of space for clothes and bags; our rooms also had a small balcony. One thing that I liked - they have radio in the rooms.
  : The staff were reallu hard working, the ones from thr restaurant and the bar. But the staff at the reception dontt speak english!!! It was very hard to communicate with them, to help us find a parking space !!!! One missunderstanding: I payed for the rooms, asked about the parking, told them that I will come back to check the room (it was 11 am).and they send the maids in the room

  : The food was excellent, the room and all the hotel was very clean, the staff very nice and we had the best time.

  : Food was great, and entertainers were fantastic and bonded well with the kids. Easy access to the beach and reservation of umbrellas for gotel guests. Great activities scheduled around the pool during the day. Cocktails and most alcohol included.
  : The room was a bit damaged:- The balcony door could not be closed and was not fixed despite being reported at reception.- The shower head was damaged and so could not be used on full pressure as the shower head shot vertical and fired water horizontally across the room.- Reallt bad smell in the bathroom whenever the ventilator fan was used.Soft drinks were all knock off versions e.g. cola was a cheap tasting one and not coke

  : there is a gym, but basically noting was working - expect of stationary bike. there also was bad smell in our room coming from bathroom.

  : Property was not of good quality. Waiting Time to access the restaurant too long. Not enough vegetables and their origine was not clear. Plates not representative of the region (Bulgaria, sea). Not iron available Parking in bad condition
