  : If we could give negative stars we would. Caveat emptor / Buyer beware! Key things to know about this place before you agree to stay here:* Owner kept a EUR 300,- deposit despite no damage whatsoever - we even purchased replacement laundry and bathroom items.* There is constant video surveillance throughout the building and it is creepy. I got a WhatsApp from the owner after midnight right after we checked in* Policy on pets is very vague; says it allows them, but only disclosed added fees after we had checked in. It added over 25% on top of the daily rate There is no door to the bathroom. Fine for one person traveling alone perhaps, but not for a family of 4* This apartment is not suitable for holiday or weekend stays. It is a corporate apartment disguised as an AirBNB (a massive desk takes up considerable space in the room - and was never used by us). * Proprietor hung up on me and was otherwise unresponsive* This experience has completely put me off of using booking.com* Due to the good feedback, we paid about double what we would usually pay for accommodation in Ulm. In the end it is the worst experience I have ever had in the city (and I was born there!)* This stay ended up being considerably more expensive than the other steps on our tour, including Antibes, Venice, Cortina, Zurich, Garmisch, etc. Horrible and way too expensive experience!Pillows were hard, the room smelled of smoke upon arrival (despite a no smoking policy!) and I am allergic to smoke. I could go on and on about how disappointing this was.

  : The toilet in the bedroom and without being properly closed was quite inconvenient for four people. We are a family so it was ok, but otherwise it would not be. The double bed is quite small

  : Spacious apartment with almost all the needed things for us. It is in city center and every needed shops are nearby. A well maintained apartment it is.

  : No breakfast provided. Location good.
  : Acces by stairs only. No notification that sole access to apartment was stairs only. No lift provided. Unsuitable for semi or non ambulatory. Heating centrally by owners. Inadequate for comfort. Apart from one small teatowel no housekeeping items provided. Checkout by 10 am but at 9am robotic vacuum was automatically activated by owners - very inconvenient as we still had time to leave.
