  : Handrails looked like somebody got stabbed and left a trail we told staff about it and they cleaned it no report no investigation no nothing also the staff is never around just at the desk never out walking the hotel dont keep towels stocked

  : The rooms were nice, we were upgraded which was a nice surprise.
  : The towels are small and there aren’t any sheets or pillows for the pull out in the rooms.

  : Conveniently located to the event we attended.
  : There were ZERO towels or additional bedding for the sleeper sofa upon our arrival. When we went to the front desk and requested them - I was accused of lying - and I quote 'We would never put you in a dirty room." I explained that I didn't say it was dirty - just without towels - when questioned again - I invited them to go with us to the room to see for themselves. Finally, after quite a wait, they gave us two bath towels (requested 4) two washcloths (requested 4) no hand towels (requested 4) no floor mat (requested 1) no bedding. When I asked about the rest - they stated they would TRY to find bedding for us later that night - but there wasn't any available right now - and there were NO MORE TOWELS. We did eventually get one sheet and a comforter for the pull out sofa. No apology - no explanation. We were there two nights. No bueno.

  : It was clean, the bed was very comfortable. I loved having the whirlpool tub in the bedroom so I could relax in it while watching TV. A great ending for an active day!
  : The room layout was weird. It had a lot unused empty space so the room echoed. It seemed like 2 previously smaller rooms were combined and whoever combined them didn’t know how to make them work together effectively. Otherwise, it was clean and comfortable.

  : Veda was SUPER sweet and very hospitable serving breakfast!! The staff was really nice!! The location was good!!
  : When I entered my room, I checked for visible cleanliness: looked under the bed, chairs, desk, in the corners of the room, the bathroom and in the waste baskets. The one waste basket, located under the desk, had a beer can that was left in it, assuming it was from the previous guest(s). So that made me question the cleanliness of my room. I wiped down the counters/surfaces with the sanitizing wipes that I brought with me before I touched anything. It most likely was an oversight but it was a concern. I didn't say anything until after I checked out because I didn't want any issues. Also, if I didn't keep the room super cold (running the A/C), it would get super humid/sticky. For the price I paid per night, I would have liked to have paid a less expensive rate.
