  : Location was a plus for this trip and this hotel provided that need.
  : Room design was very weak. Restroom was way to small, interesting enough it is a brand new hotel. Wasted space in room and two televisions less than 6 ft. Apart.

  : The place is new so its expected to be a bit unorganized. Being ignored by staff members and then told that I can just go else where by the manager all for asking for towels and trash bags and a working microwave is unacceptable. I didnt want a discount or special treatment, I just wanted what I paid for. A clean room with enough clean towels and wash clothes for the amount of people staying in the room. Bed spread, floor and shower were dirty when we arrived. Phones are not working. New microwave was broken. Furniture was not put together all the way. Its a beautiful building. The staff has to do better though.

  : There was no breakfast.
  : I originally booked a king bed with sofa bed. Upon arrival I was given just a king bed. Entering the room there was a broken curtain lying on the floor and a shattered window. I brought this to their attention and was told the system picks the rooms for them. In the morning I brought it up to mgmt attention and was told sorry about that. But you already stayed in it. She also told me that room was out of order!
