  : None - was locked out of the property.
  : I couldn't even stay! My keys were not in the keycafe box. Customer service is in some other country. I could barely hear or understand the person speaking. They had to call the property manager who left us hanging in the hallway for over an hour. There was nowhere to sit in the hall and there were no restrooms. When he finally called, he tried to put us up at another hotel. Told us to go to dinner and he'd call us back. He said he'd comp the cost of dinner. He called back and said there was no availability at this other property and he have maintenance come in another hour and let us in. We did not feel comfortable staying in the room not knowing who had the original set of keys that should have been in the keycafe box. Also, we shouldn't have to stand in rhe hallway for 2 hours to be let into our room. We had to find our own hotel elsewhere, which was over $100 more. New Haven stays then refused to comp anything other than refunding our stay at their property which we were locked out of.
