  : Great location so close to a supermarket, coffee shop, pretty close to Frenchman Ave, and Bourbon St. its a in quite location especially traveling with kids. The staff were really nice and made us feel at home. I enjoyed the great communication and interaction we had with the staffs. My family and I enjoyed the outside pool and my nephews enjoyed having netflix.?This place was a Safe environment. I would def recommend this place when traveling with a lot of people.
  : While I was showering it would run out of hot water. Besides that i had no issues whatsoever.

  : Fairly new remodel and heated pool.
  : The price was not worth the experience. The advertised bedding was four queens an a twin. Their were only four full sized beds. Called about this and stated that the couch was considered twin but they could bring in day bed to swap them out. Note the couch was an upholstered bench not technically a couch. Did agree to bring some linings for the bench but never arrived. Though it will sleep 8 the living space accommodates 3 at max. Site stated WiFi and Tub but also not provided at this location. Site stated close to bourbon street which 1.8 miles would be considered close by car but not by foot for most. Over half the price for the nights stay was for cleaning fee though we were required to take out trash and load dishwasher upon our departure. Even while there the coffee machine was found to have not been cleaned previously. Weve stayed at several home away from home type rentals before and been very pleased with the experience but this was definitely not one of them.

  : Its location made it convenient for us.
  : The pictures portray this location as a single home, it is actually more like a compound of 4 or 5 different houses. You share the pool, weight room and grounds with many other people. We were traveling with 4 kids, so privacy is important for us when traveling. As soon as we got there, they changed the house we were to stay at bc the oven was not working in the one we rented. It did not have a fully stocked kitchen. If only had a mini-fridge. The house slept 8 but they didnt have enough plates/silverware for 8. Luckily we only had 6 in our party. It only included one sauce pan and skillet.

  : No water pressure and the a/c doesn't cool the house properly. So because of that the price was bad. I could have stay in a hotel that was better.

  : The location was great. The area was cute and had lots of opportunities for relaxing and photos. Staff was great
  : Billing issues. The original booking price was $585.75. They added a $73.25 charge and then another $70.98 charge. Total billed was $729.98. Still waiting on reasons why the extra charges. Awful customer service when talking to the billing department. Still waiting to hear about the extra charges......Byer beware!
