: Nice location, close enough to French Quarter without being in the "party" zone.
: Very loud upstairs neighbors, felt like they never slept!Mold in the bathroom.Found hair and stain on sheets/pillowcases.

: 1.Loved that there were 4 bedrooms 2.Very spacious 3.Gated parking 4.Not to far from Downtown, Drivable to the French Quarters
: 1.That there were doors that connected to other apartments like Jack and jill even though they were locked.2.The floors were dirty needed to be swept. The small area rugs throughout should just be thrown out they are old and dingy along with dirty!3.The air conditioner would run all night but it would not get colder than 764. The 4th bedroom upstairs (Queen Bed) was super hard, too firm for us5. Found a dead roach 6. The pictures on the booking do not look like the rental property

: Pretty, modern and spacious.
: Smelled damp. Beds felt like rocks. EXTREMELY NOISY NEIGHBORS! Babies crying all times of night; floors and walls were like paper so we were at the mercy of every step the above neighbors took throughout the night and early mornings; arguments out front at midnight. Ridiculous. VERY DISAPPOINTED; paid too much to not be able to relax. Reached out to Hosteeva many times to no avail. Two days in, I called and requested to be moved to another property but the local mgr never called me back. So, I was stuck because I'd already paid. It was terrible. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
