  : I like the ease of check in and the inside of the apartment (simplicity and renovated)
  : I didn’t like how the door wasn’t closed when I arrived, the photos show a balcony and misleading photos upon booking. The photos were so broad I didn’t know which property I was getting but ended up getting the last property to the back of the apartment that did not have a balcony, had a roach and a bee issue , living room television didn’t work, and drawers were faulty in the kitchen. It made the overall aesthetic of the property horrible. I was annoyed that I couldn’t sleep there overnight because I have young kids and bees kept flying in and I kept reporting the issue and nothing was done about the bees or the WiFi issue. I waited around the apartment all say waiting on a property manager or maintenance and nothing.
