  : high ceilings and large windows .
  : unfortunately refrigerator was not working when we arrived. took more than 24 hours to resolve. had to pack up & move to a different building. staff that ultimately resolved issue were very good. our initial contact re problem the night we arrived was not responsive

  : It was a good location for our needs and a very spacious property. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had dishes/utensils/small appliances. Some coffee/tea were provided. It was convenient to have a washer and dryer but be sure to bring your own laundry detergent.
  : It was hard to get a good sense of the apartment from the pictures. It was 2 floors with the bedrooms and one full bathroom on the 2nd floor and the other full bathroom on the first floor. One of the bedrooms was a loft that was open to the living room. The walls looked like they could use a paint refresh with lots of visible scuff marks, holes where pictures might have been, etc. Also, while the closets were plenty big, there were no dressers or usable shelves to unpack clothes in the bedrooms. There was nothing wrong with the apartment, and I would potentially stay there again, but these small things surprised me for a listing that was so highly rated.

  : location was good for us. we have been a few times to New Orleans and the location worked well for us.
  : we had some issues from the start. our flights were moved and we lost a day and a half and as soon as this happened I reached out to see what our options were. I honestly feel as if the representatives I spoke with did not try to help me try to move my dates around. I felt as I was getting passed around to different representatives and know one wanted to help me. we didn’t have water for 19 hours of our stay. so being there for 2.5 days to not have water for one of them was very disappointing. was told multiple times that someone would bring some water to our room in 1-2 hours well the first time I asked was 8 am and didn’t get any bottled water til 5 pm.

  : The location was great because it was in a quieter area but still close enough to walk to French Quarter
  : The downstairs sink was cracked and leaking and the downstairs toilet was also leaking.
