  : Lobby clean and smelled great, room was clean, the decor in the lobby, dining area, and room was nice, the sofa bed was nice, and so were the bath tiles.
  : The pool was a bit dirty, and we took a significant amount of time to skim it, and clean it out one night. The courtyard was in major disrepair, with garbage bags lying about, and not at all as pictured on the booking page. The parking situation was pricey and unacceptable; guests should not have to pay additional for parking, which was nearly a third of the cost of the room per night, not counting gratuity for the valet each time we needed to leave, and every time we returned, and it also was frustrating since we chose this location over the canal street location due to the pool and courtyard, and had we known parking was going to cost us, we might have chosen the canal street location for its proximity to the places we planned to visit. There was also construction being done in the early morning on the courtyard repair, or remodel, about which we were not informed, or made aware of in advance; this was extremely disruptive to our sleep, and our children’s sleep, and disappointing because sleeping in was made difficult. The idea of strolling or hanging out in the courtyard was appealing when we booked the room, so it was a let down that there was no real opportunity to enjoy that. The mini fridge in the room is not adequate for storing any food, and it renders the microwave useless, since it can’t safely store food at an appropriate temp, and does not have room for food either since it is a true beverage refrigerator. The online manual even states that food should not be stored in it. Additionally, it was difficult to adjust the temp on the fridge to keep beverages cold. The living room TV was also set to be too dim, and adjusting the brightness seemed to be a mystery, and the lack of channels, along with the slow internet speed in the hotel didn’t allow for us, or our children, to enjoy the entertainment in the room as we should likely have been able to do without having to enter our own personal Netflix or Amazon account on the televisions.

  : I liked the location and the daily breakfast.
  : I was checked into room 249 and ended up moving to room 232 by the second day. My room was hot the entire time. I put in multiple requests and they came each time to try to repair things, the air conditioning and refrigerator. I started out in room 249 and was moved after midnight on Saturday morning to room 232 because me and roommates were sweating so bad. The next room the TV and refrigerator was not working they came and fixed it by Sunday. The entire time the room was never cleaned. We were able to get some clean linen and my friend made up the beds herself and we also were out of toilet paper. I just think they are very short staffed and not to mention some of the staff heard our conversation and stated that they know this hotel is hot. I am very upset due to the price I paid to stay there and how I suffered in those rooms. I would like some of my money back. My friend was told when she spoke to the manager that they would refund a day of lodging but upon check out, I could not find a manager to verify any of this. I need your assistance in obtaining some of my money back.

  : Good A/C. Very near convention center. The room was very clean (though the hallway outside was not) and the bed was comfortable. It was a safe property. The included breakfast was also nice. I would likely stay here again.
  : The carpets in the room hallways were worn and looked pretty dirty. The housekeeping was only every other day, and when I did get service, it was incomplete, with missing linens and other items. On the final day, there was a torrential rain storm and the pool ended up looking like coffee with heavy cream in it. I'm not sure if that was runoff or a mechanical issue.

  : Didn't like how we had to pay for parking aside stay! That should all be included. Some people only like to use cash and couldn't pay cash for anything even from the market
