: In a good location for exploring the area. Size of the property is good. Good access to hot water. Access to the gardens was interesting.
: Overall disappointed in property. This is not 4 star establishment. Furniture in the property is old (not antique) and in poor state. Sofas are hard and uncomfortable and no cushions. Superficially clean but is actually quite dusty and full of cobwebs. Towels are thin. On Booking.com states Cable and Satellite TV. Neither available and terrestrial reception is unwatchable. Did try to address this but not as described. We arrived on a cold autumn day with rain. No heating in the flat. Had to ask for it to be out on and we had no control over it. Again, on Booking.com says heating included but we were charged a surcharge for utilities. On arrival it took us 20 minutes plus to find anyone, although we arrived within our suggested time. At other times it was almost impossible to find anyone. Wanted to try the pool but at the time I wanted there was no one around. We had a mouse in the flat. Obviously a previous problem as trap under sink. Again we could not find anyone to report it to and had to ring to find someone. Traps were then set. These things happen but we never received an apology, no one enquired how we were. Were we okay staying in the flat. Seemed totally unconcerned. We ate in the hotel on the first evening for ease. It is partially my fault for not asking the cost. We're charged 57 Euro per person. It was quite nice food, but not 57 Euro good. We ate better in local restaurants for half the price on other nights. I feel that this is an establishment that believes it's own publicity. The property is not as good as they think and is in need of updating. Need to address TV, c!eanliness, and update furniture.

: The pool!!! Full use of pool all to ourselves!The garden, love exploring this beautiful peaceful place.
: Water pressure was low in the mains tap, but our host delivered 3 flasks of water to make up for it.Service was a little slow for dinner as we have young kids. Feed the kids first, rule 101.

: A very warm welcome from Mark. situated in quiet area but very accessible to main roads to explore Wexford/Waterford.Beautiful setting, with attached gardens a joy to walk through. Surrounding roads are quiet so nice for evening/morning walks.Suite very much fit for purpose with all necessary home comforts available, especially when travelling with child
