: The only good thing about this place was the location and complex facilities
: The list is endless, but dirty bedding, smelly/damaged furniture, poor finishing to decor, cluttered surfaces and dirty and disorganised kitchen cupboards is just a few of the issues. The outdoor furniture was absolutely filthy and we were unable to use this area, This property was certainly NOT 5 star as Redawning advertised and the only review we found turned out to be by the owner, so not a paying customers review. This condo needs a serious overhaul and quality check before any future visitors whether from USA or overseas, certainly not the American standards and quality we have known and become accustmed to on previous visits.

: We stayed for a week and used towels and linens for the pull out sofa bed and after paying fee of over 300.00 for cleaning when booking was charged an additional charge of fee of 50.00 dollars for excessive laundry fee will not recommend this place to anyone in the future

: Location, first floor, common areas (pool, patio, parking, etc) were very well maintained.
: Kitchen cupboards were so full of stuff that no place for groceries...kept items in a box on the counter. Broom/can opener were terrible & had to buy trash bags/dish soap, toilet paper etc. Way too much useless stuff/niknaks /large ceramic items in a small area. Furniture not comfortable. Main bedroom closet was full of towels & bedding...small area to hang clothes had a floor fan & ironing board in the way. No towel rack near one sink. For cost we were very disappointed.We would not recommend this unit.

: For some reason I didnt have the unit number in my info and the lady in the office was not willing to help us figure it out! I was able to text the other people who did help us out !
