  : Great location, clean facility, house keeping and staff attentive.
  : Parking garages were full — so frustrating!Breakfast is a madhouse we only ate once out of 4 days. Capacity says 100 and there were 150+ people trying to get breakfast at the same time. The space is way too small to accommodate 39 floors. Room was smaller than expected for price paid.

  : We loved the breakfast, evening snacks and the view of empire state building.
  : While booking the room, a slider showed a patio, but upon arrival, we found there wasn't one, which was very disappointing. That image should be removed to avoid misleading guests. We might have paid extra for a patio if we had known. Additionally, the room was smaller than expected. The television was outdated, with poor picture quality and no brightness control. Every time we needed items from the pantry, we had to provide our room number and name. It would be more convenient if there was a vending machine that accepted key cards, like the elevator system. The reception staff needs retraining; a smile would help guests feel more welcome in a 4-star hotel. Also, being charged for water bottles every time was a first for me.

  : Cleanliness overall was decent.
  : Sofa was dirty with stains and the telephone had no cord. I had to take my grandson downstairs for a blanket. Water pressure wasn’t all that great either. Had to change rooms twice because Yolanda kept giving my connecting room away. I booked 2 rooms and ended up on different floors. I was supposed to be given a bigger room with view but neither happened. It was a smaller room and I saw a flag of the Empire State building. The rooms are rooms not suites. No where to chill outside, the bar area was in a small corner and the outdoor movie was whack. Didn’t like the location or the hotel layout. Too much money spent for such a compact space.

  : What did I like? Breakfast!! All staff members, Front desk/restaurant were friendly, helpful and informative. Also, the extras at the hotel were fun to discover.

  : Prices of drinks very expensive. Even though we had a $30 credit per day still cost us over that for 3 drinks. Room very small for 3 of us. Electrics not powerful enough. Not much wardrobe space. Sofa bed was not made up in room in our arrival after a long flight had to start asking for bedding to make it up. The lawn garden is a different company who run it not part of the hotel so no complimentary drinks in that bar again very expensive. Restaurant for breakfast needs to be bigger to cater for number of people sac very busy. Breakfast ok.
