  : Location, the cleaning service, the facilities well taken care of. Especially the cleaning was very good. +The system they implemented for the breakfast routine is working smoothly (expect waiting periods some of the mornings and then no waiting for some other)
  : Consider requesting a higher floor due to the high noise levels, which persist even during the night. The sounds from other rooms, especially door closings, and the noise from people walking through the corridors, often shouting and laughing, are particularly disruptive. While I understand that the hotel cannot control the behavior of other guests, improving noise-cancellation measures would be beneficial.Additionally, we experienced an unusual water issue on the first night and the following morning of our stay. There was initially very little water, and then none at all. The staff were kind and helpful, deducting the city tax from the total amount and offering us a complimentary breakfast. However, it’s important to note that this was only addressed after we complained about the water problem. Given the size and crowded nature of the hotel, I wonder if they would have been aware of it otherwise.

  : Nice location, nice breakfast, most employees was helpful but they dident always had the knowledge that we expected.
  : We did not get the room type we had booked because we arrived one day late. We e-mailed the hotel and informed them that we arrived one day late, and they should have been able to hold a room for us the day after. When our room type was not available we were first offered a room with a double bed and a sofa bed something that did not match our booking. After we had to argue (not very nice) with the personel, we were offered the type of room that we had paid for, but the room was with a connecting door, which was not properly isolated for noise and we did not get a good night sleep, because the room next door (the conecting room) had a late party. Next day we received a new room and during that night I experienced to be bit by something in the room and ended up with 7 swollen bites on my legs. The hotel did only offer a very small compensation for our unpleasent experience.
