  : The location to MSG. Literally, a 4-5 block walk to the main entrance on 7th Ave. Free breakfast. Internet connection worked fine, which is good because cell service was practically nil in the room. Bathroom was clean and a good size. King bed was comfortable
  : Slow elevator - only two to service 18 floors. Bit noisy A/C but it did work. Safe in the room did not work. Towels while fresh, could have been washed with fabric softeners to make them better.

  : 2 staff members were nice, helpful. Free breakfast was nice. 3rd party running it did a nice job.
  : Read above narrative, but I will add that I needed to remember to pull room door closed as the pump whose job it is to force door closure did not function fully. One more thing to think about, one more thing to slow you down in the fast-paced environment that is NYC.How could I forget this: I had NO CELLULAR SERVICE in my room (West side of bldg - the one with the razor wire, replete with bird feathers, right in front of your face as you look out your room's window, necessarily craning your head to get a look at the sky. View was gloomy as could be. I remember feeling like I was in prison.).
