  : I booked a Roxy king room and when we got to the hotel they told me they had upgraded my reservation and would give me a better room. My husband and I left our luggage in the lobby and went to Django, well we had a table reserved at that exact time so we didn't go to the room until 1 am and upon entering the room I was surprised that we now had a full bed, So it was not true that they gave us an improvement but something minor, unfortunately it was already late and we were too tired to make a claim, the next day when talking to another person in the lobby she realized the mistake and did not know why it happened that, but I received an apology, a voucher for breakfast and since it had been a prepaid reservation they couldn't give me a refund, they could only give me a discount for a future stay, but I don't want to. to come back. In this place we spent a very uncomfortable night in such a small bed.

  : We usually love it but the service fell short this time.
  : We told them we were celebrating 20 years marriage at their hotel. We asked for a quiet room. We got one in front of the elevator. 3 floors down they were drilling all day. Then the drilling began literally above our head at 6:15 am the next day. The whole room was shaking from it. The front staff was incredibly sorry and assured us that a manager would reach out. They didn’t even after I emailed a few times. Really poor service.

  : We were really looking forward to staying at the Roxy again, but as repeat customers we were forced to stay in the most noisy location in the hotel. Could hear loud music and guests all night. Good for vampires as we got no sleep.

  : Staff is lackinh the basic 101 of hospitality, greeting the guest with a smile, being able to check the guest in properly it feels like the staff is getting paid minimum wage and they absolutely do not care. Stayed at the Roxy at least a dozen times pre-Covid, I probably won’t be back again.

  : Loved the style and the ambiance of the hotel. It was also great with the free pool game. The service was great, we were upgraded and had some free breakfast vouchers as well.Lovely jazz music every night
  : The air condition in the room was quite noisy and in the hotel in general, it was sometimes freezing cold.

  : It was a little bit loud at night if you wanted to go to bed earlier… We had our kids with us and they were able to sleep comfortably, but I could see where others may not
