  : I didn't have breakfast
  : I was disappointed in the staff when I lost my apple airpods. Even after I left, I called to follow-up & had to call again before any one returned my call. When my call was finally returned, housekeeping promised to call me back with an update, but I have yet to hear back from them :(

  : Glad we stayed at this place. Parking is discounted to $10/night with no in or out. Staff were professional. Room was so quiet and relatively spacious for family of 5. So problems controlling heater in Feb but windows actually open to let in "fresh" air. Proximity to Broadway and restaurants was excellent. Pool was larger than most chain hotels. Discount at the Skyline Deli across street was useful. Playgrounds nearby for kids
  : Coffee station is just two Kuerig machines. Usually fine but occasional backlog from travel mug fillers. Boo. Also, the pool could use some more attention: balance the chems so not cloudy and filter out the hair

  : When requested this hotel room I asked to check in from 7 to 8, because of work. I received a message on February 18th at 7:49 p.m. stating they couldn't confirm whether they can meet my commendations and will get back in touch with me. The next morning I did not receive an email so I tried to cancel the reservations but it was too late or I would be charged. I had to keep the reservation I called 9:24 a.m. if I can have my mother check my daughter in at 3 p.m. since I was still be at work. The person who I spoke with you on the phone took my mother's came down and put a note in a computer stating it will be fine. They said we can also add her to the room. When my mother came to check in he said they could not find my reservation and when my mother fold and put me on the phone reception is refused to speak to me. I called the hotel myself and my cell phone and spoke true reservations. Person named Stephanie preservation said she store my information and she was going to switch me back to the hotel front desk so that way they can at least, noun or check it. When Stephanie gave me the number to the front desk I called and the person who was the front desk reception hung up on me I call back again she switch me back to reservation the front desk receptionist I called back again the front desk receptionist hung up on me three times and refuse to speak to me. I called back for the fourth or fifth time and ask her for her name she told me what do I need to know her name for and hung up on me. I called and actions speak to the manager Michelle and I received her voicemail. At 4:30pm I left Michelle a detailed message explaining how rude the front desk management was how they was not allowing my mother to check into the room how they told my mother they could not find my reservation and could Michelle please return my phone call. I arrived to the hotel at 6 p.m.

  : Close to Times Square & pretty much all major attractions.This is the 2nd time weve stayed here, Skyline Deli across the road is great for a start or finish to the day, coffee thumbs up.
  : Couldnt get the right temperature on the shower as temperamental controls.Toilet flush need top taken off a couple of times to manual flush.
