  : Sadly, not to be trusted. Love the property but had credit card fraud twice after staying and a suspicious loss of property. We reported that we left our airpods behind, an hour after checking out. The cleaning crew had not even arrived. Yet after they cleaned, they didn't return them. Justin, our host, was kind enough to get reimbursement authorized from management. But as soon as we got the authorization, Justin stopped answering our texts and we did not get reimbursed. The credit card fraud was most unsettling. We didn't pay attention when fraud was alerted after our stay in August. But after our second stay in February, we are now suspicious. Our credit card company pointed out the fraudulent charges were similar both times. AirBB, Uber and a mobile phone charge. The combination of the missing airpods, the promise of a reimbursement that never materialized, plus the fraudulent charges are a big red flag. It's too bad because we love this property.

  : I met the property manager when I arrived and he walked me to the studio and handed me the keys. I was told not to talk with anyone at the front including the residents that live in the building.
  : The studio was extremely small, no AC, HOT, and the bathtub was clogged. The pictures posted on Booking.com which clearly show there is a separate bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, AC, a living room, dining table, etc. I ended up with a tiny studio, micro kitchen, coffee maker without coffee pod, and the bathtub that leaks water every time I take a shower. Total false advertisement. I could have gotten a nice and comfortable room at a nice hotel for the price I paid. I did not stay the entire time that I booked this place because it was unbearably hot and I could not work nor sleep. I called the company that manages this stuido to let them know about the water leak and that I wanted to checkout early. I could not get hold of anyone. I could only communicate via text messages. I called Booking.com customer service for help but they too could not get anyone from the company to pick up the phone.

  : The one BR apartment was clean, and neat. However, the large ground floor windows were only three feet away from the building's garbage bins. Bins which were constantly teeming with rats. The windows had no curtains or blinds. We saw, several times every hour, persons hurling their trash towards our windows and they could see us.Other problems and deficiencies:There was no shower curtain, though one was provided on our third day.The ISP/WIFI connection could not establish an internet connection. Two Heroes attempted to fix the situation. Neither succeeded. Lack of connection made the ROKU box useless.The gas stove would not light. It's not clear that there was gas. Again, two Heroes could not resolve. For our entire stay, we could not cook.Cockroach and mouse in kitchen. No window treatments in BR either. Direct line of sight from garbage courtyard into BR.Dining table had one leg that was practically falling off. In addition to the inconveniences listed above our account was charged twice for the month's stay. We alerted the company and received an apologetic acknowledgement of your error. When, after 15 days, the charge had still not been reversed, we disputed the charge with AMEX.

  : Nothing really. The worker was kind but i wish he had the ac fixed because it was terribly hot.
  : I didnt like how i begged the worker to fix the air-conditioner for days and he wouldn't reply to my messages but when i asked when my checkout was he replied
