  : The 2 saving graces were the location which was amazing and the service. The property manager responded quickly to texts and made it easy to get things dropped off (detergent/soap/new sheets and towels). Check in was also really easy as someone met us with the keys. The location was charming with plenty of restaurants and shops. Easy access to the subway and well lit and walkable at night. If you’re only there for the weekend/a short amount of night it might be worth it.
  : This place was so disgustingly dirty upon arrival. I’ve listed the worst issues below that we had with the cleanliness of the apartment:Stained sheetsHair in the shower drainTowels were wetUsed Dental floss was In waste binWater was dripping from ac unit onto the walls, floor and dressers Dirty hand and foot prints all over wallsDirt and food in sinkDishwasher was full of dishes Sponge by kitchen sink is used/has food worked into itHair in the sheetsHair in the bathroom sinkWe ended up changing all of the sheets to non stained ones before we went to bed, but only two of the towels were not soaking wet or smelling of mildew. We also noticed that there was no laundry detergent to wash the remaining towels and there was only one pod of dishwasher detergent. Really frustrating and surprisingly short sited for a long stay apartment. The internet also cut out twice for several hours over the 2 weeks that we were there. Which was difficult as we needed it to work. Also one of the weekend that we were there the second apartment was rented out which shares a wall with this place. You can hear EVERYTHING through the shared walls and if anyone is in the stairwell/hall.

  : Location and space was good.
  : Had problems with the heating, lighting, fuses. Basically the apartment was not checked prior to our arrival even though we were assured it was. The owner or manager did try to rectify and someone showed up to fix heat and lights but smoke/CO2 detectors had to be disconnected & remained that way (not safe). Also a sign on the sliding door of one of the bathrooms indicated a problem. It was a hazard. Door did not slide properly and jammed and fingers got stuck. Despite these problems that could have been avoided, we did like the apartment.
