  : Nothing. The apt is not ready for occupancy it was under construction.
  : Peeling ceiling at one of the bedrooms. Poor lighting in a tiny bathroom, carpet stains, furniture upholstery is very old and dirty, not enough bath tissues.

  : The location was very easy to find and convenient. It was near many food places, metro stations, and attractions. Can be fairly quick to get around anywhere you want, about 20-30 minutes by Subway and Metro.
  : The hosts were responsive by doing the minimum, yet did not meet expectations as our requests were never fulfilled or were checked ahead of time. We had issue accessing the Wifi as it did not show up as described in the instructions. One of the bathrooms was unusable because it had no lighting, and was never fixed during our stay. The place also looked very dirty and we had to vacuum it ourselves.

  : Location was amazing. Great space for a bigger family. 2 big rooms (+1 one that was not fit for use) and 1.5 bathrooms was great. No need to use elevators (there isn't one, but not an issue at all)Kitchen appliances were ok. Bed sheets looked clean and nice.
  : The address on booking.com is NOT the real address of the unit. Quite misleading. One of the rooms had a huge water leakage with pieces of the ceiling paint falling on the bed. Seemed like a big hazard to sleep there, specially for children. No fire alarm in the apartment. Shades in all rooms had several parts broken and poorly "fixed" with brown packing tape. Bathrooms had several amenities broken, nowhere to hang towels or toilet paper holders. one of the doors had some issue that almost got one of us locked inside. Rugs and couch appeared to be extremely dirty. Some of the towels were really bad quality.

  : This was a clean studio unit. The location was great for our needs.
  : There were 3 windows with missing or broken coverings. Lots of street noise and light made sleeping a challenge.Contacted management who said they would come by to fix but never saw them during our 5 night stay.This is a corporate housing unit so you will need to bring your own toiletries including soap and toilet paper.There is a coffee maker but bring your own filters and coffee.Knowing to bring your own will help prevent having to find supplies after you get there.Also note very steep stairs to get to entrance. There is no elevator.

  : I was annoyed by the flying bugs but overall the studio is well designed. The apartment building was a renovated walk up pre war apartment that did seem like it. I loved the color and the taste of the furnitures, not all of them, but I thought they made me feel at ease. It was a perfect independent decorated space for a single occupant to focus on her work or pleasure that she had to do then. I really appreciated it. I just hate flying bugs so for that particular side of this accommodation, I am giving less stars but overall it was just perfect. If you can imagine a studio in a renovated old walk up apartment building, I think that’s exactly how this will be for you. Nice interior was a bonus. But I just had to emphasize this flies and mosquitoes even with the cleaning fee of $170.

  : The furniture, kitchenette and tv. Love the location. Excellent communication of the manager.
  : Except the stairs that I was aware. The hallway and main entrance looks dirty. Some cracks at the ceiling, the mini blinds was damage. I killed 2 flies per day, were annoying and disgusting, apparently there is a gap at he building that allow entry of flies Lack of cleaning at kitchen cabinets and below the bed. The toilet was running water continuously. The toilet paper holder was broke.
