  : This place exceeded my expectations for what we paid for it! I was pleased by how clean our room and the bathrooms were. We stayed in a room for 2; the room had a bunk bed and it was plenty roomy enough. It was about the amount of room you'd find in a college dorm. The shared bathrooms always seemed very clean, and although it would have been nicer if they were a little larger, I found it typically wasn't crowded when I tried to take a shower. There were only three showers in the women's bathroom, but I was able to shower when I wanted to without having to wait. There is a code to enter the women's bathroom but not the men's. Housekeeping brought us new towels on the third day of our stay, so we didn't have to ask for more at the front desk.The best part about this stay is the location. It is right across the street from Central Park and a few minutes walk away from Columbus Circle. It made our stay extremely convenient. For the low price, this place left me pleasantly surprised. If you are visiting NYC and plan to spend the day out and about and only come back to your room to sleep, this place is super ideal. I will be staying here again if I come back to the city!Edit: I forgot to mention that the check-in process was great. The official check-in time was 3 PM but we were able to check-in early at around 1:30 PM. There was no line at the front desk and we were able to get our room keys within 5 minutes.
  : The bathroom tended to be quite warm and a bit humid because there wasn't great ventilation in there. The showers don't have any shelves/ledges to hold your shampoo/soap/etc. so it's a bit of a challenge figuring out where you want to put your clothes, towels, and shampoo bottles without setting them on the floor. I recommend going to the shower with noto many toiletries. The pillows are very minimal, but this didn't prevent me from knocking out after a day of running around NYC.

  : Building is nice, location is great, gym unbelievable, best gym of all hotels I’ve ever stayed. Pool rules are not great, they should post rules way before people goes to the pool. I like YMCA facilities but unfortunately the bathrooms are absolutely filthy, the ladies try to do a good job cleaning but there is a lot of people sharing 1 bathroom. They should have cleaning service all day.
