  : The room and bathroom were nice, the aesthetic of the hotel and grounds were beautiful. Good for a family staying that doesn't need to be on a tight budget. Bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked a little too well sometimes lol. Each room has a balcony or patio which is nice. Checking in and out was super easy and the front desk people were pretty nice and accommodating.
  : We didn't have enough blankets or towels, condiments (creamer and sugar) or coffee for the amount of people we had in our room (had to ask for extra at the front desk) The pool filter motor happened to be broken when we stayed (I know it's not anyone's fault, just was unfortunate because the pool was the reason why I booked the place) not entirely budget friendly. There's no complimentary breakfast. You have to pay for a buffet or a la carte for breakfast and it's not very cost friendly for a family. It would be okay pricing for a couple. Even the dinner menus weren't very cost effective for a family, which was very unfortunate because the restaurant would've been a nice experience to try, but again, it's not exactly budget friendly for a family.

  : The food was great, and so were the waitresses. It was clean,the pool isn't very big for the amount of rooms.
  : The refrigerator didn't work,the lock on the patio door was broke but it didn't matter because there wasn't any chairs to sit on. Every time the ac ran the whole room smelled like mold. We slept with a sheet over our face in the hope that we wouldn't get sick inhaling it. The girl at the desk looked like she was tired of hearing about it.

  : Beautiful grounds and plenty of conveniences.
  : The fire went off at 2:30am and it took 40 minutes for us to get back in. It’s a persistent problem according to the staff because they won’t replace old fire alarms. This really needs to be fixed! It totally destroyed my sleep that night!

  : The only negative was someone decided to pull a prank and pulled the fir alarm at 4:30 AM.

  : Hot tub always closed for years never workedNo one ever at the front deskThe whole place had no ice available except a small little bag at the front deskThe manager of the craftsman restaurant was very unpleasantThey said I had a room to the outside when I booked and I was on second floor facing the parking lot
