  : Spacious room, lovely host.
  : Breakfast room was a little awkward to navigate around making your own bits. But not a big problem. Also rooms hadn't been vacuumed at all. Loose remains of food 9n the carpets throughout on our visit.Probably just an oversight, we would visit again for sure still.

  : Not far outside the town of Newcastle. Plenty parking space. Good location for climbing the Mourne Mountains, or walking in Tollymore Forest Park. Self-service continental breakfast, with very good choice of cereals, breads, fresh fruit, hot drinks, etc. Free welcome drink in a relaxing snug.
  : Bedroom & ensuite were a little shabby.

  : Lovely setting , thought there was a bar , but un reality it was a space with serve yourself options. Lovely idea for a honesty bar . The gardens were lovely and I imagine in the summer a fab outdoor space.
  : Although the bed was really comfortable it was squeaky . Toilet seat was loose and the doors of the rooms need regulated so they dont slam when you leave the room. The area for the bar had dead flowers and the round table needed properly cleaned. Perhaps someone in-the breakfast room during busy times would be a good idea. However great choice for breakfast .
