: We loved how clean it was. We loved the complimentary breakfasts in the morning. We loved how it was walking distance from Thames St and the wharfs.
: The room turnover could have been better. We ran out of toilet paper and towels and the garbage was not changed.

: The Serenity Inn Newport was in a great location, we did a lot of walking. Just down the street was Thames street that had lots of shops, restaurants and pubs. We had room 12, the queen room that was very comfortable, but you do have to climb 3 flights of stairs so if you have trouble with that will want to book on the first or second floor. Breakfast was amazing each day, and they were very accommodating if you wanted to exclude something from the daily breakfast that was offered. The staff was amazing, very friendly and informative about the area. Would definitely stay here again.
: The only downside was the bathroom was rather small and there was nowhere to put your toiletries. Even a small shelf above the sink would have helped.
