  : The balcony and outstanding view and access to the beach cannot be beat. The condo was very clean and had a nice fireplace/heater with a sliding door to the balcony and the view and the soothing sound of the waves.The general area is quiet and peaceful with lots of shorebirds and garden birds as well. The outdoor common area has comfortable chairs to lounge in while taking in the view. The ability to step out of the building to a path and short walk to the beautiful dunes and beach is beyond wonderful.
  : Two things is that the inside of our condo could definitely use updating from the 70's style. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were not.

  : The unit I stayed in was very nice and had excellent views.
  : I had to climb 3 flights of steep stairs for the unit I was staying at. This would have been difficult or perhaps impossible for many older guests. I guess we have to remember to ask these questions when we make our reservations.

  : We enjoyed our nightly walks on the beach and having the full kitchen made it possible for us to eat in each night. We unfortunately picked the week to stay that the landscapers were there all day making lots of noise but once they left each day it was so nice and quiet and peaceful. All the staff was friendly.
  : The packing In and out was very difficult. I think it could have been easier had I realized we would have stairs even on the “ground “ floor. As I could have packed in smaller cases etc. When packing out to leave all the carts were gone because housekeeping was using them. Maybe have them use all except 2 or 3 so there would still be some available for the guests around check out time. I am disabled and was surprised to see that the office offers parking spaces saved for charging electric cars but none for handicapped parking. It is definitely not the best location for someone with mobility issues. That should definitely be clearly portrayed at booking.

  : Even though our room was towards the center of the "circle," we still had a good view of the beach. The kitchen was great, loved the deck. The king bed in the downstairs bedroom was extremely comfortable.
  : We needed the inflatable mattress for my daughter. It was easy to set up, but there really wasn't space for it in the room. Also, we were only provided with a fitted sheet to cover it, With the air below, this meant the mattress was very cold and not that comfortable to sleep on. I think this could be easily solved by providing a mattress pad and more blankets. Also, wading across the stream for the beach isn't very convenient. It's definitely more of a place for folks who like to enjoy views more than trapsing down to the beach.
