  : Where do I start? The front door lock was faulty, the whole house was dusty and dirty, and full of Cobwebs and live spiders, the cooker kept tripping the electric. The oven was also faulty. The heating was turned off and unable to turn on. Both showers leaked into the bedroom downstairs through the light and bulb and over one of the beds. The bathrooms were dirty, and there were no shower mats. The landlord sent out an engineer and failed to inform us, which meant when we got back there was a man inside the house, which was a shock to a house full of women. There was damp on the wall in the room, which caused mildew, which was painted over and the smell of damp was strong. There was what appeared to be pests as we kept hearing scratching in the bedroom. The decor did not reflect the pictures, scratches and digs all in the walls around the house. When the landlord was contacted via booking.com about these issues, there was no reply, and we were told to contact them directly. To this day, we have not had a response. Not worth the money, disappointing stay, would not book again.
