  : The location, everything was within walking distance for shopping, eating, the beach, eating etc. Great views of the beach and ocean. Cottage was clean, plenty of supplies in the kitchen. All the major sights you'd want to see, just minutes away by vehicle....the location on Nye Beach made going anywhere convenient.
  : The lights on the walk way need to be fixed. It was dangerous to navigate after dark. We didn't need the TV, but checked just the same for weather etc..most off the channels weren't accessible accountcwasnt up to date..but not a big deal...who goes to the beach to watch TV?

  : This is a rental house. Great views, great location. Has games for childen.
  : I did not see any where that said you had to clime 3 flights of stairs to get to the house. We had someone who could not walk well with help he barely made it into the house.

  : Location is great, very close to the beach as well as lots of great restaurants and cafes. Beautiful views of the beach and ocean. House is well equipped, and comfortable. Awesome parking spot.
  : Beds are FIRM. While the location is very close to the beach with great views, this comes at a price. Newport clearly has a homeless problem, and they congregate around this property. We had to chase one individual off the property, who we later found out was camped out in a vacant property behind the house, who we had to call the police on after shouting and roaming around the property all night. We were uncomfortable even staying out in the nice patio because of this. There is a massive parking lot right next to the property that is always lighted, and none of the windows in the house have blackout curtains. Very bright inside the home all night. As well, as there is no cooling inside the home, the windows need to be open during the warm months. On weekends, this means you hear every car and person who goes by.

  : Location and home was perfect for a small family.
  : Ants everywhere (resulting in our need to throw out much of the food we brought with us) and mold in the washer. And the only way to access the house was by 50 steps, so pack light.
