  : The property was in a great location in Newport, Oregon, where there were great coffee, shops, and restaurants nearby.
  : The faucet in the shower was working, but the hot and cold indicator was opposite. The hook was missing off of the bathroom door, and the towels had holes in them. The carpet was dirty.

  : There is no AC and the room was very hot and stuffy, the only way to get any sleep was to open the window which made it SO LOUD with the traffic.There’s no water pressure in the shower…I was barely able to wash and rinse my hair under the tiny stream of water.There was nobody at the office the next morning, we wanted to cancel the remainder of our reservation (2 days) due to the miserable night we spent. We made several calls and were unable to contact anyone, so we returned after an appointment we had and were approached by a man who was sitting in his car.He handed us a paper and said it was taken care of and our reservation was cancelled
