  : Nice house with a great kitchen. Bedrooms were nice and spacious. Bathrooms were good too.
  : It was about 20-25 mins walk into town which was a little too much for me. There were a few large weeds in the front area which would only have taken a few minutes to remove. There seems to be a problem with the TV as it had an error message on the screen at all time which was impossible to remove. Back garden was astroturf and slate which needed a little attention.

  : The property was good. Nice size. Nice to walk into at the start of the holiday. Clean with good facilities.
  : Whilst I understand that some guests are animals and don’t look after things which cause the host to have rules. But throughout the holiday I couldn’t stop worrying about bins, temperature, using any facilities in case I got fined. The bin in the driveway was full and should have been empty so at the end of the holiday I’m waiting at the skip getting rid of my rubbish, and I’ve never had to do that on holiday. The tv had an issue which I told the host about but had no reply. It is a good accommodation but I’m just being honest.

  : Coffee machine, modern decor, nice bathrooms, spacious for 5, good parking, dishwasher
  : Creaky uncomfortable beds (with stained bedding), noisy windows, not the cleanest (especially considering the current climate), broken TV, our strict instructions for leaving were obviously not followed by previous people.

  : I really liked the location. Close to town, not too far from anything but quiet and peaceful. The facilities were excellent. For example, utensils and games etc. There was a great drive space for parking which although we only had 1 car, you could easily fit two on. The outside garden space was lovely. A perfect space for a small family. Overall the house was clean, tidy and a lovely comfortable place to stay.
  : I wouldn’t say that I didn’t like these aspects but would encourage the hosts to consider them to make a perfect experience for the guest. The toilet seat in the main bathroom moved every time you sat on it so needs to be tightened. There was no towel rails or anything to hang towels on other than a couple of small radiators and very little hanging space for clothes although there was plenty of drawer space. We were tentative to use the Dyson hoover as it sounded horrendous and this also needs emptying from previous use. There may have been some but whilst there we could not locate any place mats, which whilst I know is a minimal detail, would assist people staying in keeping the furniture nice and clean. The driveway is a perfect size but I would recommend having a small security light on the side of property just because it gets really dark between the house and garage late on and would be a small detail that would assist safety of the vehicle, it may also assist anyone parking.

  : I loved that this was a comfortable house, modern and well located (that will only work for those with a vehicle). The kitchen is very well equipped with all mod cons, and even little extra touches of Tea, Coffee, salt, pepper etc. There is supermarkets within very close proximity, and a McDonalds! This is about 2 miles from Crantock Beach. The house has a parking space, has a shower and a bath. The garden is a lovely space for children to play, and the estate it is on is residential and quiet.
  : The bed linen was cheap quality, no TV in the bedrooms and lamps were not in all bedrooms. If they could change these, I would call this luxury. The house is very nice though and is a great home from home, we did have need to contact the management company during our stay and they were very helpful, and responsive, I would recommend this property and AirSW

  : Location is great, very spacious, parking space.
  : When we arrived the toilet is dirty , we brushed it first, no toilet rolls.The bed sheets are old.No light bulb in the 2nd floor toilet.
