  : Great location that is located close to all amenties. Good size apartment in the living areas.
  : The pictures of the apartment is deceiving and taken a while back. The apartment is not fitted with good beds, linen and towels. The kitchen utensils could be better. There is only one toilette in the apartment. This is a problem if you are 4 adults.

  : The apartment is very well located in a neighborhood with many restaurants and shops, 2 minutes walking distance from Promenade des Anglais. Parking on the street is complicated, but there are privately paying parking 3-5 minutes walking distance from the apartment. The communication with the host was excellent; they paid attention to your needs. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need, the rooms have a good size.
  : I would have loved more attention to the cleaning. When we arrived, the blankets were filthy, but I asked for new ones, which were immediately replaced.

  : The location was the only thing I liked about this place.
  : I woke up in the middle of the night to the sound of water hitting metal, only to realize it was RAINING IN MY ROOM! Water from the apartment above mine was dripping into my room. I tried reaching out to the management, but no one got back to me. It was a holiday weekend, and the office was closed. No one got back to me so I put down towels to best absorb the water. Among other minor problems was a washer that didn't work and the place is in need of updates. I should have suspected that this company (which I was told manages 90 apartments in the area) does not have a handle on the situation because they ask you to take photos and provide a property condition report to their office--this should be their job to know and assess the condition of the property! The employee who showed up (late) for our checkout was super-sweet, but doesn't run the place so had limited power over our experience.
