: This is a very well equipped apartment in a great location. The bedroom at the back of the property meant it was relatively quiet despite the busyness of the old quarter. A great place to stay for a couple
: We reached Nice around 11pm. Collecting the key was no problem but getting in to the place was!!.Access to the street door is with a fob - I was looking for the keyhole!!!! The key is for the very old door with a triple lock.. it took some force by my husband and a man from the next flight up to get it open so be warned. We did tell the staff but no one looked at it during our stay so some force was needed each time we returned but having the knack, it now only required one!!!The bathroom space is tight but nice fittings- shower, sink etc

: The location is great. Very close to the boulangerie, the Fennochio gelato shop, restaurants, the Cours Saleya, and the sea. The staff is very accommodating, very helpful. Great service.
: The walls need to be repainted, especially under the airconditioning unit in the Living Room. Otherwise the unit had everything one needed.

: Great location close to shops, restaurants and short walk to beach. Clean and comfortable 1 bedroom apartment, wardrobe, coat hangers and drawers to store clothing. Used the clothes washing machine, a clothes rack to dry them on would have been handy.
: We were required to take our rubbish to some communal rubbish bins 100metres away when leaving!

: It is in a great location.
: We had an issue one evening where the key got stuck in the lock. We tried contact My Flat in Nice but there was no way of getting hold of them out of hours to deal with this issue. There was a number for a locksmith on the door which we called and we were charged 220 to get the key out of the lock. We asked for My Flat in Nice to cover the cost of this but they would not. Please be aware of this as I saw there was another review who also had issues with the door and lock.I was disappointed with the apartment on the whole as I had high expectations due to the high rating. I thought the place was dark and unclean. I suffered with my allergies due to how dusty the place was. My partner and I were also very cold at night due to the fact we only had a thin sheet instead of a duvet.
