: Agency kept us in touch, there was nothing they wouldn't do for us, they were on hand for anything we needed both prior to the stay and whilst we we there although we didn't need anything once we arrived. Check in and Check out was seamless. The apartment is spacious and in a great location for easy access to everything you need. It was well equipped and comfortable we will definitely be staying again.
: It was a little out of date but it didn't cause any concern, we had a fab stay.

: The dishwasher had a really bad smell and it didn't make the dishes clean. They didn't fix it. We had to dish by hand for the whole period of 18 days. The drain in the bathroom was 100% clogged, basin and bidé, for the first two whole days. The apartment wasn't cleaned at all when we arrived. There was a rather thick layer of dirt and dust on all floors. There where no sharp knifes for cutting meat, bread etc. And five of the lamps was broke or even had no lightbulbs. They told us to fix this ourselves and go and buy the stuff. Finally they refused to give even the slightest refund for the anything except for the stuff we had buy ourselves. This was the worst host we ever encountered (and we have been around a lot). But Booking was really nice and gave a decent refund in the end. A big thanks to Booking :)

: Great location, spaceous.
: They didn't give us a starter's kit we asked but the guy said we have to go with him at their office to get one and the kitchen utensils are so greasy. I will recommend a litle bit more on cleaning.
