  : Fantastic location on the edge of the old town, near some good restaurants. Spacious duplex apartment with excellent wi-fi. The people at the agency that looks after the apartment were very pleasant and efficient and clearly look after it well (it was impeccably clean when we arrived).
  : Beds could be better.

  : Found the note stating that we would be charged some part of 700 Euros if we did not make sure that we had stripped the beds, taken out the bins and washed, dried and put away all dishes for the cleaners very distasteful. I always leave a place clean (usually with the dishwasher loaded and on which I think is reasonable) but this meant we had to get up early to strip beds and put the dishwasher on, wait for it to finish and put away dishes then take the bins out (wander the complex looking for bin corridor) and they stated they wanted all this done and keys handed back by 10am so you wont have a relaxing final morning. Also the parking is an unmitigated nightmare. My wife had to stay at the car while we unloaded everything because the locals watch angrily because youre not supposed to unload in that area. Once we had done this, I drove down the hill and back around to the multi-storey car-parking garage which is part of the complex but crazy tight - I just managed to get my Peugeot 3008 into the space but only with the wing-mirrors folded in and exit via passenger door. Still 8/10 for me despite this - location is great and staff met us despite late arrival at 7pm and were super-friendly

  : The location was great and easy to walk everywhere. We liked the sunny outside balcony. It was a nice welcome jester to receive a bottle of wine and tea, coffee etc.
  : It would be much easier to collect the keys from a key safe, as it was quite a walk from the reception to the property. The washing machine door was not working properly which made it extremely difficult to start.
