  : Nice location, nice facilities around the building and the apartment itself was quite enjoyable, with a welcome bottle of wine and all the stuff you need for a pleasant stay, clean and easy to access ....however....
  : everything runs on electricity...so if you dare to turn on the heath but also want to make a tea or use the oven...the power is off due to extra usage of electric network. The couches are REALLY really UNCOMFORTABLE! It was a nightmare to sleep on them and they were used by only 1 average size person at a time. The beds are also very noisy when you sit on them or try to move from one side to another and the one from the smaller room is kind of ripped/destroyed on the headboard. One more thing would be the fact that the light in the street is quite powerful but if you try use the blinds, they will cover the electric radiator and it might get overheated so all your electric network powers off.

  : one of room dont have window . is like a cave . you don t know if is day or if is night . the personal give us many good information . but the apartament is niot so confortable

  : very dark in the back room, no veranda so unable to sit outside. air conditioning units were very loud

  : Picking up the keys at Bag Guys was easy and they went through everything we needed to know about the apartment and the area. The location of the apartment was perfect for us; we wanted to be in Vieux Nice. Nice is such a clean, pretty city. The apartment was easy to find, in a quiet area. It was walking distance to everything - great restaurants, amazing churches, transit line, market, promenade, and of course gelato! The beds were comfy, kitchen was well stocked and having two bathrooms with six people was appreciated.
  : The fold out sofa bed was in need of a new mattress, or even a mattress topper would help.

  : The location of the apartment was perfect. It's literally a stone's throw from the bars and cafes of Old Town. The apartment itself was clean and well presented. The beds were comfy, and the showers were great. We didn't use the kitchen as we ate out for every meal. We would highly recommend Marinette in Old Town for breakfast! Also very easy to get to the fantastic public transport system, with regular trams and buses to get around locally and further afield. The TER train service is also excellent for exploring the region.Finally, the hosts are very friendly and extremely helpful. There was an excellent and very informative booklet in the apartment, detailing everything you would need to know about both the apartment and visiting the local area. I would definitely stay in one of their apartments again in the future.
  : The apartment was a little cold at first, but there were heaters that soon warmed the place up. I expect in summer it would be a welcome respite from the heat. Also, a full-length mirror would be useful, but that is a small quibble as overall, the apartment was fantastic.
