  : The location is absolutely amazing! Loads of great restaurants and activities on the doorstep. But still quiet for sleeping. Its really handy for the metro network as well. Good to have kitchenette facilities. The flat was nice.
  : It was advertised as having air conditioning. This was not accurate. There was an aircon machine in a cupboard that we had to try mocking up with the big tube out of the balcony door and putting curtains around it. Didnt really work. So the flat was just v hot all the time. Bed not v comfortable but ok. The place to collect and drop off the keys was a half an hour walk away! Way too far. That meant we had to spend extra money on a taxi rather than direct tram to/from the airport, and leave earlier in the morning than we would have done.

  : It was wonderful to be in the old town with my 6 year old. So close to Garabaldi square every kind of transportation needed was very close. We walked thru the old town to the beach every day.
  : I was concerned about having to stop at a different address late at night with my 6 year old to pick up keys, but it proved to be pretty easy and our cab driver was very helpful too.

  : The location is excellent. But the apartment is vey basic for the price. Nice is a beautiful place. We loved it and would love to go back.
  : We never had breakfast. I thought breakfast was included in our booking. But when we collected the key there wasn't any information about breakfast available/ or there was no information available at all. Everything needed, any requests had to be done via text via their up. The place to collect the key is very far from the apartment. So we had two pay tax twice to get to the apartment. It is very difficult to find the apartment as there was no proper sign to be seen in front of the property. Toilet paper was not supplied when we arrived we had to go out to buy toilet paper. The washing machine does not seem to work. I put a wash on but it never washed the clothes. There is no aircon instigated in the apartment so it was really hot. When we went to returning the keys I asked to use their toilet facilities but they refused. According to them, there was no toilet facilities in their office which could be used by clients. It could have been great if they had a good customer service team who cared for their guests.
