Policies

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible) and costs EUR 25 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 4 years old stay for € 20 per person per stay when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 4 years old stay for € 20 per person per night when using an existing bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out.
Please note that the apartment is located on the 5th floor and the elevator stops at the 4th floor so guests will have to take the stairs from the 4th floor up to the apartment. Access to the apartment maybe difficult for persons with reduced mobility.

Please note that the maximum occupancy includes children. A baby bed can be rented for a EUR 20 extra fee per stay, upon prior request.

Please note that PayPlug and PayPal are the only accepted methods of payment.

Check-in starts from 4pm.

The apartment should be vacant prior to your arrival, check-in may be possible earlier. Please contact the property for more information.

Guests access the apartment on their own and the property meet them for the check-in the day after, between 8.30am and 9.30am, at Guest's convenience.
