  : Excellent location to the centre of Nice. Easily accessible from line 2 tram.
  : Smelt damp and was cold on arrival. Better after the heating being on for a few days. Heater not working in Bathroom and shower head not fitting correctly. Minimal kitchen accessories, unable to cook a meal for my daughter who we were visiting.

  : Alex the host was superb - efficient and clear communication, very prompt to respond, friendly and professional. He was very helpful to sort out a small technical glitch with the A/C unit and this was resolved extremely quickly - this did not affect the comfort of my stay as it was fixed immediately. Alex provided excellent written communication regarding arrival at the property, collection of keys and any other instructions for the apartment - i advise people to read all of this carefully and you will have no problem. Quiet location in a residential area, easy to get to everywhere via foot or tram/bus, very comfy mattress for a lovely sleep. Everything was supplied for washing machine, washing dishes, bathroom toiletries, toilet rolls, cleanign products - this was excellent to have for my few days. I would highly recommend this continues for future guests. The fridge was large and very clean. Kitchen well stoocked with stove, kettle, toaster. shower was clean and hot water plenty all day and night - excellent. Great to have wardrobe storage. With small improvements this will be an excellent property and I will be happy to stay there again next year when I return to Nice in April 2023. Thank you Alex for being a wonderful host and it was a pleasure to stay at your apartment
  : Beware of some steep stone steps that might be slippery in wet weather. luckily there are only a few steps to climb but something to be mindful of if you struggle climbing stairs or have very heavy luggage. There is a dirty rug on the doorstep at entrance of the apartment - it looked so dirty that I avoided stepping on it everytime I went in and out. It will be better to remove this or lay a fresh clean new rug that is more welcoming and hygienic. The pillows were not comfortable - they were very flat and I had to lay 2 on top of each other. Shame for the pillows as the mattress was firm and comfortable. On arrival at the apartment I found a very wet shower mat in the bathroom, soaking with water - i hung this outside to dry. I am not sure why this was full of water but it was not a good impression. Kitchen could have been better supplied with tea and coffee mugs and tall drinking glasses. bedside table lamps were so small and hardly provided any light. the sofa cover seemed unattractive and didn't appear very clean - i would advise to change this to something more attractive and freshly cleaned. Perhaps a small chest of drawers will be helpful for keeping clothes etc. With small improvements this will be an excellent property.

  : Very nice apartment and great location with enough equipment in the kitchen to make meals. It was clean and the owners were very friendly. Instructions for arrival/departure was very clear.
  : The room seemed/smelled damp and the air quality was not great. It helped a little bit with the air con, but once we turned it of, the damp smell came straight back.
