- Check-in after midnight is subject to approval and costs EUR 60.

: Great location, awesome view, clean apartment with washing machine. For good money you have very nice apartment in a french classic style.
: Couple thing are quite old - noisy door, one door sill falls off. But nothing horrible.

: we were greeted by Anthony on arrival with messages confirming he was there on our landing in the airport. The welcome and even advice on where to eat that was suitable for young children and things to do with the kids were all spot on. The space in the apartment was great, it was not sparse like some holiday lets but felt more like a home from home. We have a young family so were still home early in the evening so enjoyed Netflix and there were even games and books for the family which was a nice touch. The view from the balcony was breath taking all we could see from the couch was sea and sky. We were within 20 mins walk on the prom to the old town, but lots of places to eat and drink on the way. The apt is right next to the tram stop for the Lenval hospital and this was so handy and cheap to use. A great stay and would highly recommend.
: The 2nd bedroom had a bed that could be moved up and down - this was not an issue. It was just very high. We had planned that our 2 kids would share the double, however for a 4 year old that moves about in bed, it was too high to safely let him sleep in it. There was a futon that we used instead so not really an issue at all. They were both delighted with the result. The main bed for us was very soft - I get this is personal preference.

: The manager of the property came down to meet us and show us around the apartment which was great. We had landed much earlier than check in time but he let us drop our luggage off earlier so we could head back out and see some of the city without our cases. He also text us recommendations for local restaurants which were family friendly (we have a 2 & 4 year old) which was lovely of him. The apartment is so spacious, and has a lovely homely feel to it. The beds were very comfy and had lovely sheets/ pillows. The double bed in the smaller bedroom comes down from the ceiling and is insanely high off the ground, it would not be good for those with injuries/ young children. We removed the mattress from it and put it on the floor so our children could sleep without worrying about them falling off! It wasn't a problem at all and it didn't hinder our stay one bit. Coffee capsules were provided, as are beach towels and many other things (games/ umbrella's/ washing up liquid/ dishwasher tables etc etc). We were very happy with the accommodation and would highly recommend/ use again.

: Seafront apartment, well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher , comfortable beds, convenient to Fabron tram stop, little supermarket and bakery....Great support from the Sunlight team Anthony and Christine
: So, there is a king bedroom and a double bedroom. The double bed ,is very comfortable but a rise and fall bed that's very height to climb on (not suitable for young kids) and noisy, any movement or getting up during the night involves the downstairs neighbour banging on the wall.., very stressful Problems with water outage but apparently out of the agent's control,dealt with as best as possible.
