  : Great location with direct access to the beach, lovely staff, comfortable bed and spacious room. Sea view rooms is so nice! Food is decent. I loved the snacks in between meals.
  : I loved the fact that there is music everywhere. BUT music in the evening was SO loud. I had read previous comments about it and I was hoping that it was going to be arranged by the time i got there.

  : The hotel is very nice with a good location! Some good aspects:1-The hotel is beautiful with a very nice view.2- Water is usually hot.3- The air condition works very well and keep the rooms cold4- not very far from the stores and restaurants outside if you want to explore!5- They have an amazing animation team! Dorka is the best animator there, she made me meet a lot of friends in the aquatic polo what made my stay be much better! Dorka also have a kids party during the Night what makes my 3 years old daughter very happy! My daughter were always very enthusiastic about joining the kids party every day. For sure The animation team made our family stay much better.6- The pools are very nice and my family really enjoyed !
  : Bad part- 1-You just get one water bottle for free and need to refill it in the bar. 2- There is just one restaurant all inclusive in the hotel. 3- On the weekend they charge 20 Euros for person for a umbrella at the beach! What is ridiculous for a all inclusive hotel. 4- lots of things in the menu are not inclusive and there is extra charge! 5- Dont expect not using money in the all inclusive hotel, because you will for sure! 6- The Italian restaurant have a terrible food, probably the worst Italian food I had in my life! 7 - Some staffs are great like the animation team and some waiter. But some are really not nice like the reception people, most of the time they were passive aggressive and had 0 will to help you!

  : Fab resort with great pools, beach and wonderfully welcoming staff - nice to feel part of the family despite only being there a few days amd nightsGreat food and drinks available throughout the dayDay time activities were fun (if not well attended by other guests) - particularly enjoyed morning yoga with Dorka and water polo with the wedding party guests!It was slightly further out of Aiya Napa than we had appreciated but there were regular public buses available a short walk away, and always plenty of taxis.
  : The night time entertainment was pretty dire - not much thought seemed to have been put in and the entertainment staff were not great at being clear and getting audience participation so most nights seemed to be an identical kids disco and then a variation on kareoke/Britains Got Talent. A shame as our only negative

  : The staff was friendly enough. The room was clean.
  : The hotel as a whole obviously hasn't been renovated for quite some time. Many things broken. Off-putting smell throughout the whole place. The pictures and reviews online are misleading and don't match what you get. Hotel beach was dirty. Food was barely edible and always the same.

  : This is no 4 stars hotel, old rooms, dirty curtains, rocks on the beach in the water. 10/sun bed during the Weekend.

  : This is the second time of us staying at the hotel in the past 6 months. Love it here. Clean, friendly staff, lovely room and the food was good
  : Entertainment of an evening was not great but this didnt impact on the holiday. Given it was a family hotel we expected largely catered for kids. So not a critiscm as such more personal preference
