  : Almost nothing except students cafe in the building.
  : The room compleately does not match description: 1. I requested a quite room with garden view, but it was the room with pool view and cafe on ground floor where every day a lot of students talking, shouting, celebrating something. Windows on the same level as the cafe so it was impossible and uncomfotable to open curtains. 2. In the description was mentioned that room contains kitchen, electric kettle, kitchenware but NOTHING and staff does not want to bring it only after disputes I got a kettle, knife, fork, glass and plate 3. leanness. I can't say more than cockroaches at the bath... and mold on surfaces Never recommend to anyone! Awful!

  : The room had a private bathroom with shower, working air conditioning, and a lot of natural light. Towels were provided. Residence hall staff were very friendly and happy to help. It was an ideal location as my conference was at the university just across the street. If you are coming for an event at the university campus, it is a great location. Nicosia city center is 30 minutes away by bus (15 by taxi).
  : The bedding was very basic (small pillow, sheet on the bed, comforter with no cover in the closet) but it is primarily a student living quarters.

  : Considering my being a visiting professor at UCY, the location was perfect - five minutes on foot to get to university buildings. Considering the distance from the city centre, the location was of course less favourable.
  : Frankly speaking, the room was not clean. When I entered it on the first day, I had the impression that only bed linen was fresh. The floor was dirty, the shower box and washbasin had remains of scum and hair left by previous guests. On the second day of my stay these were cleaned, but then the cleaning lady never came back before I left. No change of towels for four days of my stay there. The shower hose was broken letting most of the water run aside. Water was often cold, no regularity - whether morning or evening. I had several cold or very cold showers there. Additionally, the building was in the state of renovation with scaffolding around it, construction workers jumping right behind the window and masses of dust pushing through every chink. Suggestion for visitors: before booking, ask if the works have finished, the state above is described as of April 2022.
