  : 1. Good price for the room and the location; 2. You have a small kitchen which is useful when you travel with a 5 months baby 3. Great location - literally next to the beach which facilitates many logistic issues; 4. Nice restaurants around; 5. Quiet and well insulated room;
  : 1. The bedsheets were a bit worn out. You can sense they were pretty old ones which immediately rises the question about the cleanness; 2. There are several stairs in the studio between the bathroom and the living room. Not really comfortable when you have a baby and need to wash him during the night; 3. They could have done a bit better with the breakfast; 4. The matrasses were very soft but I guess this is up to a person what he/she likes and not. For use, they were not comfortable because we are sleeping on the hardest possible matrasses. 5. Too late check-in (after 16h) and too early check-out (before 10h). Very inconvenient, especially if you are with a baby like us 6. The KustTram (and a busy street) just at the front of the hotel. Not sure if this is a positive or negative side but for us it was pretty noisy when we opened the terrace. 7. The view is not "to the mountain". There is no mountain and the view is simply to some houses. Nothing spectacular;

  : Two beds could not be joined to make a double bed. All the rooms were facing the road which is opposite to the beach. Breakfast is very basic
