: There was safe parking for our motorbike. The hotel is clean. The stuff is friendly.
: We booked the room quite late and arrived at 10:30pm. The receptionist didn't find the booking straight away and so he refused to open the gate and said the hotel is full. Then he found the booking and let us in. The hotel was not at all booked out, there where hardly any guests. The smell in the room could be better and the sealing of the shower could be renewed, it hang out of the shower. The breakfast was quite poor for a 4 star hotel, compared to other hotels in Slowakei. You can order of a small breakfast menu, but we were not asked if we need something else. Fruits for example would be perfect.

  : Decent size room.Free private parking.Good Breakfast.
: We booked a 4 star hotel, which boasted to conclude Air Condition, TV and Intrnet.1. There was an Air Conditioner in the room, but it was centrally controlled and it was not turned on centrally, because it only circulated the room air, but did not cool it! Very HOT day. No Air Condition!2. There was a TV in the room, but NO Channels at all! Neither from the Air Channels, nor from the Cable Box attached!3. There was a strong WiFi signal, BUT NO Internet! Nowhere in the property. The lady in charge was not able to solve any of the problems described. She was very rude and not empathic. Told us that we are wellcome to live and find another place. We would have done it, but it was already 21:30 and no Internet to find another accomodation via Booking. So we had to stay, with no Air Condition, no Internet and no TV, in a so called "4 Stars Hotel"!Needless to say that she did not give us any discount for all the inconvenience!
