  : a) Very nice host/owner. We even received little present from her at the end of our stay.b) Beautiful wide view on the sea and the area from the large terrace. c) Nice half kilometer walk down/up the beach. Provides good excercise at rhe beginning and end of the day.
  : a) Wi-fi signal could be stronger.b) The interior of the building looks better than the outside. With a little of work on the facade and the surroundings the overal impression could be more favorable.

Disappointing

  : As stated by other and previous guests, the hosts are indeed very kind and accommodating. This included a car transfer from and to the Njivice bus station, which is about 3-4 kilometers away. However, there are serious drawbacks (see below), because of which I cannot recommend this apartment.
  : The first major drawback is location. This apartment is nowhere near the center of Njivice, but in Kijac. My decision to choose this location was not helped by the fact that I only received an information from the agency with the precise location (which is Ulica gromaine 14) after I reserved my booking. Be aware that this is about 30 minutes walk (about 2.5 kilometers on a hilly terrain) to the center of Njivice. The descent includes (and more importantly ascent when you go back), but is not limited to more than 100 steps in 16 flights of stairs, before you reach the nearest beach. My phone altimeter registered the apartment to be at 70 meters above sea level, so, in short you will need to do a lot of walking to go anywhere. The only nearby grocery shop works only until 2 PM. The second major drawback is the lack of air conditioning. While this can be checked before booking (as I did), it is important to note. Since this small apartment is facing east entirely, the temperatures rise very quickly, with a guaranteed sauna like experience at 9 AM already. This is aided by the fact that, besides no AC, there are even no blinds/shutters which you could use, only curtains, which do not help at all. I am quite resilient and in shape, but this kind of heat can be downright dangerous to (small) children and the elderly. Today, AC must not be a luxury anymore, but a neccessity, which the owners could obtain for the price that they charge for 5-7 days at this apartment.

  : The apartment was spotless. The hosts were extremely helpful and nice. They offered us a free ride from the bus stop to the apartment and a local supermarket. The room had everything we needed, and our stay was wonderful. The apartment was 15 min from the Kijac beach, down 100+ stairs and a lovely forest path, but we were okay with the exercise.
  : The apartment is 2 km from the Njivice city centre, and it took us 30-60 min to get there on foot. The apartment location would be fine if we had a car. We were okay with the lovely walk up and down the seashore but preferred to be closer to the town. The hosts did offer us a ride whenever we needed it, but we didn't want to bother them too much.
