: Usually by booking a hotel I always read reviews and this apartment was marked like 9,2! Because of a really terrible traffic jam we came at 8 pm and the landlady was waiting for us many hours, we were in a contact during the road. For this I can say one more time thank you for the waiting, but it is not our fault, anyway we paid full price for this day, that is fully correct. I would say this is a really big 3 stars sea view apartment that needs to be renovated. If you are waiting for luxury place I would recommend to check another apartment and do not know who actually wrote all these reviews. If I could cancel this booking when I came there, I would do it. It came short of our expectations. We always had a feeling that we came to a house of our friends and they will come back anytime. In a bathroom there were dirty clothes of other people, old used toothbrushes, mould!!!, almost empty used shower/gel bottles, used shower cap, used dirty slippers from other hotel name. This is absolutely unacceptable for 5 stars apartments! Used cookies were waiting for us in a fridge, see my picture. Dishes and kitchen itself were dirty, I ought to clean it myself during my vacation, as the suggestion of the landlady was to enjoy the sea and the beach and these are some small mistakes. No sorry, no suggestion to send us a housecleaner All this horror I could find only next day as we came tired in the evening. I added some pictures of these small mistakes. It is my 6th experience of booking apartments in Croatia, so I can compare. 4 star apartments we booked before were not comparable with this real disappointment. In total we had good holidays because of great weather and warm sea, but we will never book this apartment anymore. I usually write good reviews but I think the reviews must be real and true to help the other people in searching of a hotel/apartment.
